What to include

• Your name and the email address or phone number you used on the request page, so we can find your request.
• A short description of what you would like us to do, such as correct a detail, delete your request or pass a message to a specialist.
• The page you are asking about, if your question concerns the content of a feature.

Requests about your personal data

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion or an end to a particular use. We will confirm that the request comes from you and then reply within the period the law requires. The privacy policy describes your rights in full.

Unwanted calls

If a specialist’s call is not wanted, tell them during the call and they will stop. You can also write to us, and we will pass your request on and note it against your details.

Requesting a review call
