Privacy policy
Last updated: 2026-10-25 (October 2026) — Effective from 2026-03-06 (March 2026)
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the consultation request page, why we collect it and who receives it. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is CRONUS, INC., 8395 SW 73rd Avenue, Suite 811, Miami, FL 33143, jorge@cronusconsultancy.com, G44764, 592305512 (“we”, “us”).
What we collect
Reading the features on this site does not require you to give us any personal data. If you submit the request form, we receive:
- your full name, phone number, email address and ZIP code;
- the contract types you ticked and your slider answers, which describe your household in broad terms;
- your preferred call window and any note you choose to add;
- a record that you ticked the consent box, with the time of your request.
Like most web servers, the server that hosts this site keeps routine technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use them to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use your data
- To pass your request to an independent specialist so that a non-binding review call can be arranged by phone or email.
- To answer messages you send us.
- To keep a record of your consent and to prevent misuse of the form.
Our basis for this is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in running a secure site.
Who receives your data
Your request details are shared with the independent specialists who conduct consultations, and with service providers that host the site or deliver messages for us. We share your details only for the purposes above, or where the law requires it.
Contact by phone and email
By ticking the consent box you agree that a consultation agent may contact you by phone or email about your request, including calls to the number you gave. You can withdraw that agreement at any time by telling the specialist during the call or by writing to us.
How long we keep it
We keep request details only for as long as needed to arrange and follow up on your request and to meet our legal obligations. After that, they are deleted or made anonymous.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use or stop using it for a particular purpose. You can also withdraw your consent. Residents of some US states have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honour those that apply to you. To use any of these rights, write to us through the contact page.
Cookies and third-party resources
We do not set analytics or advertising cookies. When your browser loads the site’s fonts and its small interactive script from third-party content networks, those networks receive your IP address and browser details. The cookie policy explains this in more detail.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the details you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
This site and its request page are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the date at the top of the page will show it. Please check back from time to time.
